Refund & Delivery Policy
This Refund & Delivery Policy explains how Krelyo delivers its dealership lead-generation pilot, how bad lead replacement works, and when refunds may or may not apply.
By purchasing a Krelyo pilot, you agree to this policy.

Krelyo sells a short-term lead-generation pilot for automotive dealerships in the United States.
The pilot is designed to help dealerships receive buyer leads, trade-in leads, or both, depending on the selected objective.
The pilot may include:
- Lead generation during the pilot period
- Lead delivery by email, SMS, CRM transfer, or dashboard
- OTP verification where applicable
- Lead ID and timestamp tracking
- TCPA consent documentation where available
- Bad lead review and replacement handling
- A pilot review report or scorecard
Pilot Price
The pilot price is displayed on the website and/or checkout page before payment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the pilot is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew.
Any continuation after the pilot must be agreed separately.
Delivery Timeline
After payment, Krelyo may begin pilot setup, market or ZIP-code review, objective confirmation, lead delivery configuration, internal checks, and lead-generation preparation.
Leads are delivered during the pilot period.
Delivery timing may vary depending on market availability, selected objective, lead volume, verification, campaign setup, and third-party tools.
Delivery Methods
Krelyo may deliver leads by email, SMS, CRM transfer, Krelyo dashboard, or another agreed delivery method.
The dealership must provide accurate delivery details.
Krelyo is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, incorrect phone numbers, spam filters, SMS carrier issues, CRM errors, third-party downtime, or dealership-side technical problems.
What Counts as a Delivered Lead
A lead is considered delivered when Krelyo sends or makes the lead available through one of the agreed delivery methods.
This may include email delivery, SMS delivery, CRM transfer, dashboard availability, or another agreed delivery method.
Bad Lead Replacement Window
If a dealership believes a lead is invalid, the dealership must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
To request replacement, the dealership must send the lead ID, reason for replacement request, and any relevant notes or proof.

Leads Eligible for Replacement
A lead may be eligible for replacement if:
- The phone number is disconnected or not in service
- The person reached is clearly the wrong person
- The submitted information is clearly fake or invalid
- The same person was already delivered during the same pilot window
- The lead does not match the selected pilot objective in a clear and material way
- Krelyo reviews replacement requests case by case
Leads Not Usually Eligible for Replacement
A lead is generally not eligible for replacement only because:
- The prospect does not answer the phone
- The prospect does not reply to email or SMS
- The prospect changes their mind
- The prospect already bought or sold elsewhere
- The prospect is not approved for financing
- The prospect does not show up
- The dealership follows up too late
- The dealership fails to contact the lead quickly
- The dealership loses the opportunity during the sales process
- The dealership does not have matching inventory
- The dealership does not offer the financing or deal the prospect wants
- Lead generation provides opportunities. It does not guarantee that every lead will become a sale, appointment, or closed deal
Replacement Process
When a replacement request is received, Krelyo may review lead ID, submission details, timestamp, verification status, consent information, duplicate status, reason provided by the dealership, and available technical records.
If Krelyo approves the request, Krelyo may provide a replacement lead or another reasonable resolution.
Replacement timing may vary based on market availability and pilot conditions.
Refund Policy
Unless a separate written guarantee applies, pilot payments are generally non-refundable once setup has started, market or zone preparation has started, lead-generation work has begun, leads have been delivered, the pilot period has started, or internal resources have been allocated to the pilot.
Bad lead issues are generally handled through the replacement process, not automatic refunds.
When Refunds May Be Considered
Krelyo may review refund requests case by case. A refund may be considered if:
- Krelyo is unable to start the pilot
- Krelyo is unable to deliver the service at all
- A duplicate or incorrect payment was made
- A refund is required by applicable law
- Krelyo separately agrees in writing
- Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval
When Refunds Are Not Usually Provided
Refunds are generally not provided because:
- The dealer did not close sales
- The dealer did not book appointments
- The dealer did not contact leads quickly
- The dealer's sales team did not follow up properly
- The dealer did not like the outcome after valid leads were delivered
- The prospect changed their mind
- The prospect did not answer
- The dealer had inventory, pricing, or financing limitations
- The dealer expected guaranteed sales, revenue, or ROI
No Guaranteed Results
Krelyo does not guarantee sales, appointments, show-ups, revenue, profit, financing approvals, trade-in completions, closed deals, specific ROI, or a specific lead-to-sale conversion rate.
Results depend on many factors outside Krelyo's control, including dealership follow-up, inventory, pricing, market demand, sales process, financing options, and customer behavior.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your pilot, contact Krelyo first at support@krelyo.com.
We will review your concern and try to resolve it according to this policy.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution and may result in suspension of service or future access.
