Krelyo provides lead-generation services for automotive dealerships in the United States.

Krelyo helps dealerships receive buyer leads, trade-in leads, or both, depending on the selected pilot objective.

Leads may be delivered by email, SMS, CRM transfer, Krelyo dashboard, or another agreed delivery method.

Krelyo is intended for business use by automotive dealerships and related businesses.

By using Krelyo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You represent a legitimate business
• You have authority to purchase services for that business
• You will use the service only for lawful business purposes
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

Krelyo offers a short-term dealership lead-generation pilot.

The pilot may include:

• A selected target market or ZIP-code zone
• A selected objective, such as buyer leads, trade-in leads, or both
• Lead generation during the pilot period
• OTP verification where applicable
• Lead ID and timestamp tracking
• TCPA consent documentation where available
• Lead delivery by email, SMS, CRM transfer, or dashboard
• Bad lead review and replacement handling
• A pilot review report or scorecard

The price of the pilot is displayed on the website and/or checkout page before payment.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the pilot is a one-time payment and does not create an automatic long-term contract.

Any future continuation, renewal, or monthly service must be agreed separately.

Payment must be completed before the pilot begins unless Krelyo agrees otherwise in writing.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

By purchasing a pilot, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

After payment, Krelyo may begin setup, zone review, internal checks, lead-generation preparation, and delivery setup.

Lead delivery happens during the pilot period. Delivery timing may depend on:

• Market availability
• Selected objective
• Campaign setup
• Internal verification
• Lead volume
• Lead quality checks
• Dealer-provided information
• Third-party systems such as email, SMS, or CRM tools

Krelyo provides lead-generation services. Krelyo does not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, appointments, show-ups, financing approvals, closed deals, or return on investment.

Results may vary based on:

• Market demand
• Inventory
• Vehicle pricing
• Dealership reputation
• Financing options
• Sales process
• Follow-up speed
• Customer behavior
• Competition
• Seasonality
• Local market conditions

Krelyo works to deliver relevant leads according to the selected pilot objective.

A lead may include information such as:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• ZIP code
• Vehicle interest
• Buying or selling timeline
• Trade-in details
• Financing context
• Lead ID
• Timestamp
• Verification status
• Consent status where applicable

Krelyo may review and replace eligible bad leads according to the Refund & Delivery Policy.

A lead may be eligible for replacement if:

• The phone number is disconnected or not in service
• The person reached is clearly the wrong person
• The information is clearly fake or invalid
• The same person was already delivered during the same pilot window

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Delivery Policy.

Unless a separate written guarantee applies, pilot payments are generally non-refundable once setup has started, work has begun, or leads have been delivered.

Bad lead issues are usually handled through replacement review, not automatic refunds.

The dealership is responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Selecting the correct pilot objective
• Confirming the correct market or ZIP-code area
• Providing correct lead delivery details
• Following up with leads quickly
• Using lead data lawfully
• Complying with communication laws
• Complying with privacy and consumer protection laws
• Managing its own sales process
• Training staff on lead handling
• Reporting bad leads within the required timeframe

Krelyo may document TCPA consent where applicable.

However, each dealership is responsible for ensuring that its own calls, texts, emails, and follow-up practices comply with applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state privacy laws, and consumer protection rules.

The dealership agrees not to misuse lead information or contact prospects unlawfully.

Dealerships may use delivered lead information only for legitimate automotive sales, trade-in, financing, or related dealership follow-up.

Dealerships may not:

• Resell lead data
• Share lead data with unauthorized third parties
• Use lead data for unrelated marketing
• Use lead data unlawfully
• Contact leads in a misleading, abusive, or non-compliant way

Krelyo may deliver leads by:

• Email
• SMS
• CRM transfer
• Krelyo dashboard
• Other agreed delivery methods
• Krelyo is not responsible for delivery issues caused by wrong dealer contact information, email spam filters, SMS carrier issues, CRM errors, third-party outages, dealer-side technical issues, or failure to check inboxes, phones, or CRM systems

If the dealership requests CRM transfer or third-party integration, the dealership must provide accurate access, instructions, and technical details.

Krelyo is not responsible for delays, errors, missing data, or failed transfers caused by third-party CRMs, APIs, software, or dealership systems.

Krelyo may provide leads within a selected zone, market, or pilot scope.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, exclusivity applies only to the specific pilot, objective, area, and time period purchased.

Krelyo may define, limit, or adjust zones based on market availability, demand, lead volume, and operational requirements.

The website may show sample lead cards, sample reports, sample dashboards, performance examples, testimonials, or illustrative data.

These examples are provided to explain how the service works. Actual results may vary.

Sample data does not guarantee that every pilot will produce the same outcome.

You agree not to use Krelyo for:

• Illegal activity
• Fraudulent activity
• Spam
• Harassment
• Misleading consumer practices
• Unauthorized resale of lead data
• Discriminatory lending or sales practices
• Violation of privacy laws
• Violation of communication laws
• Violation of consumer protection laws

The Krelyo website, branding, copy, designs, workflows, reports, lead delivery formats, dashboard structure, validation rules, and related materials belong to Krelyo or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Krelyo materials without written permission.

During the service, either party may receive confidential information, including lead data, dealership details, pricing, reports, processes, and business information.

Both parties agree to use confidential information only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the service and not to disclose it except as required to operate the service or comply with law.

Krelyo aims to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Service may be delayed or unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party outages
• Email or SMS provider issues
• CRM problems
• Hosting issues
• Operational delays
• Market availability limitations

Krelyo may suspend or terminate service if:

• Payment fails
• The dealership violates these Terms
• The dealership misuses lead data
• The dealership provides false information
• The dealership creates legal, security, or reputational risk
• The dealership engages in unlawful conduct
• A third-party provider restricts service
• Krelyo is required to do so by law
• Termination may result in loss of access to lead delivery, reports, dashboard access, replacement review, or future pilots

Krelyo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every lead will convert
• Every lead will answer
• Every lead will schedule an appointment
• Every lead will buy, sell, finance, or trade in a vehicle
• The pilot will produce a specific ROI
• Third-party tools will always work
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• You use Krelyo at your own business risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krelyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

This includes:

• Lost sales
• Lost revenue
• Lost profits
• Lost appointments
• Lost business opportunities
• CRM errors
• SMS or email delivery failures
• Lead follow-up failures
• Operational losses
• Krelyo's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the dealership for the specific pilot giving rise to the claim

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Krelyo harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your contact with leads
• Your sales process
• Your financing process
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of laws or regulations
• Your misuse of lead data
• Claims made by consumers, customers, employees, or third parties

Krelyo may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Pricing, pilot structure, zones, lead volume, delivery options, replacement rules, and continuation options may change for future purchases.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of Krelyo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state where Krelyo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
